The beginning of lent. I think last year I resolved to get along with my mother. Fourty days, this year its got to be good–when i was younger I used to give up ice cream and chocolate for lent. Ive started out the Lent season so far on a good note, went to mass, received my ashes, confessed my sins (umm yeah), and even fasted (well until 8oopm). You know I get a bad rap for being a practicing Catholic and that’s okay, I can deal with the nay-sayers who have a problem with my pro-life views and weeekly attendance at church. I just have four words for them, JESUS HERE I COME!
