Thursday Mileage: 5.8 mi.
Friday Mileage: 3.3mi. (26 minutes timed)
I know everyone is dying to hear about my routines this week. Sunday (2/22) ran 3.5 miles and did my usual “Core Rhythms”-Latin Cardio dvd. Monday (2/23) ran 5.2 mi, weight training for about 30 minutes, mostly legs/back/glutes “Core Rhythms”-Abs. Tuesday (2/24) ran 5.8 mi, weight training 20 min (abs, biceps, shoulders). Wednesday OFF. Thursday ran 5.8 miles, “Core Rhythms”-Merengue, and lift 40 min. Friday ran timed 5k, lifted for 1h15 (abs, back, arms, legs, glutes), 30 min elliptical. Tomorrow morning (2/28) *also my birthday* I plan to run the treadmill for 1hr, lift for about an hour concentrating on legs, abs, shoulders, triceps.
My goal this week, is to through in more intense cardio, if possible. Like boxing/jump rope. I also hope to increase my 6 mile run to about 8-9 miles in the next week.
