Day of Rest?

45 min treadmill   speed: 6.0  incline: 6.0

Lift:    Fly: 20×3   Lunges 2×10   Tri: 60×2  Chest:20×3   Row: 60×3   H.Curls: 60×3

Today according to my schedule I am supposed to rest.  That didn’t happen it seems.  It was only about an hour workout because I had to get ready for mass. Either way I was happy to get some exercise in.
