Friday ran approximately 7 miles in the afternoon,  Saturday was difficult since Bailey wanted to run I could not run as long with him.  We ran about 5 miles yesterday.  This morning before church has to be one of my longest runs.  I ran a brutal 1o miles along with a few hills.  ‘

Total for the weekend that makes 22 miles.
