The afternoon couldn’t have gone better. My greatest friends stopped in, my favorite Aunt and Uncle came to visit from Laurel, and even my boss stopped by? The food was great. Lex, Ina and I had a blast prepping some appetizers like stuffed mushrooms, corn/avacado/tom salsa, hummus, chicken and corn soup…Dad prepped the best part the main course–Corn Beef and Cabbage. It was awesome. We had some Harp’s and great champagne, I was loving life. Only bad part was that I didn’t get a run in today because of all the drinking. Damn.
