The past two weeks I have attempted to work on my speed, however it probably isn’t doing enough for my overall time. Last Saturday I managed to run a 5k in 26 flat, my issue will be keeping up my endurance with the ability to increase speed. So keeping that in mind, this weeks mileage was only about 35 miles where my normal is about 44-50. I had been doing shorter and faster runs over the past week. Only two days of lifting, sunday and thursday. This week im aiming for four days.
Well this is all very exciting. Next on my list to do is to start taking shots of my favorite routes and the scenic views. Heres to motivation and marathons.
