Wk2 Recap SG Plan—Don’t Stop Me Now

I did not have any major victories this week. It was rather lack-luster watching what I was eating and I was easily bored. Until something stopped me in my tracks. “Be aggressive about your ambitions, do not allow setbacks to set you back.” -Random TED Talk lady I heard while scrolling lazily. I thought to my self, OK Fin RIGHT Then!! That’s a valid point TED Lady, I will not allow any set backs, and yes maybe I need some more aggression. This week : no cigs, no wine, 1 fast food stop, limited snacking and caffeine, and increased water. Exercise…not happening yet but is a goal of mine this week. At night instead of dozing off with a glass of wine nearby, I have traded that in for a pot of de-caffeinated tea. Laugh if you will, I’m still a barrel full of monkeys if you ask me. Don’t stop me now…Cuz I’m having a good time! Let’s see wha the next week brings
