Month 2 SG Workout plan- The Girl is back in town

Admittedly its been a rough start to this whole process. I have made some changes sure. Time to get serious. The past two weeks Ive been shut in with the family covid quarantine special. Now we’re all doing fine and are healthy. Returned to work in person and school for the Little’s. I have no excuses left to increase activity. Decrease unhealthy habits. Lately protein shakes either home made or grab-n-go has been my saving grace for staving off hunger in the earlier part of the day.

Currently still smoke free, still sucks. Sometimes I find myself wondering outside for no reason. So to look normal, I will head to our mailbox as if to check it for the tenth time that day. I’m not really drinking much, where that was always a temptation or just full of empty calories to my day.

So my plan each day, is to have 10-30 minutes of continuous movement. Whether its some light yoga, a long walk, playing with the kids outdoors.

I plan to lose this goddamn weight that’s been holding me back for two years, thanks Biden. JK Thanks Covid. I digress. I have allowed small changes to influence my motivation level. I will say life has been incredibly busy, but that is hardly an excuse for lack of consistency with my eating habits or exercise. My focus moving into MONTH 3-FEB, is to hold myself accountable, yet to be easy on me. To make the routine, around my goals and what I want to happen, not letting other emotions or thoughts takeover. My goal is to find what is driving me to make easy bad decisions with food, convenience? Craving? To be more prepared with healthy snacks for work. I got this, this girl is back in town.
