SG Workout Plan Recap Month 3

If I am being honest, I haven’t made any extensive progress on my diet and exercise realm. It has been one area of my life of near complete neglect. With the beautiful Florida weather this time of year, 80 degrees and next to no humidity factor, I hope to improve this. I have cleaned out my garage, lined up all of my body weight equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, Mats, jump rope. I like to visualize what I might be able to do if I challenge myself. Let’s see what this week holds. This weekend I have been bogged down with lacrosse games and my own female issues. My extra time is spent searching for post secondary education scholarships, hanging with the girls, or falling asleep curled up on the couch late at night. I hope to have a better update this week. I am going to work hard to curb my apetite with eating better foods more frequently. I will make every attempt to eat oats or eggs in the mornings. I am planning to take tennis shoes to work and take short breaks to walk/jog at work. Thanks for staying with me, here’s to more progress to report in March
