I am happy to report that mom is making progress day by day. She is due for more testing tomorrow, and since the emergency has not ate or drunk anything. They are attempting to rest her GI tract and have it continue to recover with heavy antibiotics. Once they have a more clear localized view of the issue, maybe a small drain for that area affected by the perforated bowel. I am so happy that she continues to improve.
