I love NAMI, (National Alliance of Mental Illness), I love everything about the organization that I have been apart of for the last 15 years. Today and yesterday I spent the time at the FL state conference, with my colleagues and staff. We had a blast. It has been kind of like a mini vacation for me, less to do, more time to focus on myself and wellness, less responsibilities in general to worry about.

I am feeling good today, on the second day of the conference. I have networked, had a good amount of sleep and relative fun and enjoyment. I have not had to worry about other pressures. My other NAMI Jacksonville college have had a great time together. I love everything that this organization does, and has done for me in my own recovery. Here are some pictures of our time at the conference, together with so many people that inspire me and that I love connecting with.
