So for the past month give or take, I have been journaling my food intake, exercise and sleep. Since then I have lost 15 lbs. A combination of better sleep, eating clean and making adjustments to fit in exercise has made a huge difference. I have not been counting calories, I have done cico before and I become overly obsessive about the numbers. Keeping my health balanced has been a struggle lately. I graduated IOP yesterday and so far the weekend has been busy but not unmanageable. Decided to hold off on the Bariatric surgery for now, and see how much I can lose on my own. I have done it before, I believe I can do it again. The exercises are helping immensely. Also, I feel more balanced every day. In the mean time I will not become hopeless. I know I can do it. It will take some time but I am up for the challenge. I will give another update on this soon. My goal is to not give up, to move forward and get some weight off with diet and exercise.
