It is still technically Pisces season, well into March. But alas, my epic birthday month has come to an end. It included two birthday karaoke celebrations with my girlfriends, co-workers party, family party, pre-oscars birthday festivities, and one hell of a way to turn fourty-one years old. So many friends near and far made the “birthday month” so incredibly special. I am overwhelmed bythe kindness of so many friends and family.
I am feeling amazing health-wise, now six months post-op from my R-NY surgery last August. I am nearly 90 lbs lighter on this birthday. The difference is surreal and only motivates me to keep going. Mentally I am doing okay, lately staying busy helps get through the difficult moments.
I want to thank my amazing husband and sweet daughters who made me feel like a queen. I am the luckiest lady around IMO. I am so happy to have such incredibly thoughtful friends in my life who remind me of the delicate balance in life and give me faith in the beauty of humanity. I am extremely humbled and feel inspired and grateful for all of your support in this journey of life. Fourty-One is just as fabulous as I expected.
