A place for my memories as a lax player, Goalkeep from my humble beginnings of Middle School through College level DI and DIII player. Coaching at SMR, NCWC and now locally for Ella’s team in Florida’s Fleming Island Program. Every memory, the thrill of stepping into that goal, banging my stick aggressively against the posts to mark up. Here is the place for those memories. I am so thrilled that Ella is loving the sport that brings me so much joy.

Ella in Goal
The first time Ella asked me if she could suit up in goal. I will always remember that moment. It happened this spring when coaching her. I saw her come to life with on the field with the sport, and if possible even more so as I tearfully instructed her about angles, stepping to the ball and making the quick/easy save. One of my proud mom moments, watching her excel in everything she does. And seeing her will to improve, and be the best in the sport I once dedicated so much of my teenage and young adult life.
