Sweet baby Ella is all legs now and has curls for days. She is in the 4th Grade, loves board games, reading, riding her bike, and especially any sort of DIY Project. Ella is the best big sister to Hazel. She does everything from reading to her, snuggling her when she gets scared at night, and fixes her snacks, buckles her into her carseat. She has the sweetest disposition and is super silly.
Hazel has given me a run for my money from the time she could walk. The easiest baby ever was hell on wheels as a toddler. Now she thinks she runs the house (probably does) and entertains herself with her toy room, barbies, and LOL dollhouse.
Jason is an old Salty Navy Chief about to turn the big 4-0 next year. He still makes me laugh everyday and can ease my mood with a simple hug or smile. Still an avid Washington Football Fan, he is let down it seems every season. He handles a majority of the cooking, and is pretty darn good at it. He has less than 2 years till retirement, and we couldnt be happier to have him home more.
Then there is SG. Well I sure don’t give a flying F anymore, in terms of what others think of me. I have been over and under on most experiences in life, and all I have left of me is determination, laughter, and hope.
We are one happy family, living the hard life in Florida. I wouldn’t want things any other way. I hope to continue to blog, voice my opinions, and help others with this platform. Along the way I will post helpful websites, and resources both local and generally, that can aid in other people’s navigation of the mental health system and their personal journey.
