Lets get this show on the road…

It’s January and time for some changes. Im overweight and hating it. This time last year I weighed 148 lbs. I now weigh 189 lbs. I have to lose the weight and have a healthier lifestyle. Starting Monday I began drinking water, cutting out sweets, eating smaller meals, etc. I have noticed a difference in my mood, I have more energy and am sleeping regularly. I have worked out four times this week as well. Its time to get serious and keep the weight off for good.
