New Year, Not so new Me, (update wk 5,6 SG workout plan)

Hi Seascape readers! Happy New Year!! I feel great as the new year comes barreling through. I am to date 3 months smoke free, 2 months shitty sober( in that I have cut out most drinking, just in moderation) also, I have been to the gym a couple times now in the new year! For those who new me in the Norfolk Workout Timeframe I was pretty hardcore about working out, until I wasn’t and then CO-Vid, and the foot injury and before I knew it I had gained 50 lbs. So I have a course of action. It’s not anything that hasn’t been done. It involves trying to identify what triggers eating. Boredom, emotion, stress? If I can identify the thoughts that lead to these actions… I might be more successful. I plan on committing to gym it up most days during the week, on the way home from work. Making time for me. Joining classes at the gym, as I have always thrived in that setting. And also making sure that I am prepared. That consistency and preparation advice to me weighs so much more. Week five and six were ok in terms of eating, when I was weighed I was surprised it was not a higher number. Either way….Here I am world…Not new, not even the person I remember starting over with my weight loss journey before. A not so new or changed me, but someone who is doing whatever I can to conquer this again. I know I can get beyond the tape or jump over these obstacles. Stay tuned as I get moving more these upcoming months!!!
