Back to the grind

I plan to work this coming week, at least virtually while I keep my IOP (Intensive Outpatient Schedule). Today I was trained to be a Lacrosse Referee. I’ve spoken before about stress and things piling up. I wanted to do this for ages. I am going to work on whittling down my commitments. Especially GAL and NAMI volunteer work. There are only so many things that can be achieved in one day. If I will start school at the projected Jan 2023 start remains to be seen. I plan on getting these medical issues knocked out, and do the Bariatric surgery sometime around the end of this year or late fall. In the meantime, I am going to focus on what needs to be done. My first focus is managing work load, and preparing for the upcoming NAMI Walk on October 8th. I intend to take one thing at a time. I will work up to managing everything else. My moods have almost completely evened out and I’ve had several nights of good, quality sleep. Things seem to be settling down. I look forward to getting back into it and back to the grind.
